  1. just a thought 5k with d dish piston s 4k head meant for flat top pistons would lower the compression would it make it really good for a turbo? :)
  2. use the van intake to a pod filter if you don't have a snorkel

  4. get rid of your points dizzy go electronic shave the head pull off the fixed engine fan they just waste power the 4k doesnt have lol put a electric thremo fan and a vareble thermo stat switch better exhast is what ive done to mine and give it a good tune and set the timing thats all i have done made a fair diference so much better with out the roar of the engne fan use to shit me :)
  5. i also use a ke 70 5speed instead of a ke30 4speed there the same length just had to modify were my shift came through the floor
  6. i changed my ke30 jap diff to a ke70 borg wagon diff unis and rear flanges are different borg diff uses vb vh etc unis the way i got around it was i found a ke55 tail shaft at a wreckers and it fits straight in were the shaft goes into the gear box are the same spline
  7. i have a ke30 sedan and bought a ke70 wagon for parts so far i have taken the the 5speed out swaped it for my 4speed just cut my my holse in the floor further back coverd the old hole the used a gemini middle consloe wich fits fine took the head off it took 30thous off the head then put it on my ke30 took the diff out wichwas a borgwarner then put that in my ke3o but to make that work had to change my tailshaft got one out of a ke 55 sedan ke 70 diff is wider then the 30 but i don't have any problems with it
  8. the borg is the way to go its bigger stronger diff they use holden parts i know because i just swapped my ke 30 sedan import diff for a ke70 wagon borg diff biggest problem was the tail shaft flanges were different the borg runs larger unis the same unis out a early 6cl commodore eg vb to vk so i used a ke 55 tail shaft other thing i noticed the ke70 diff is wider track :)
