I was looking at 13b for a little while. Sump is in the way of everything and a custom one is about $400 Gearbox is too big for the tunnel and its a cut out and weld in new job. Which makes rego'd life harder. Also the steering rack is in the way of the exhaust. You really will need a bigger fuel tank also if by any means you want it to be a day to day car. W58 also work. $700+ for a T50 is way too much. Where are you getting these prices from?

acrylic, Its not the fancy "asepen white" as I was confident in my skills to drop $150 on paint. This paint only $20 the colour isn't too different. Pretty happy with how it turned out as it was my first ever go at this stuff. Keep the shed clean while spraying was the hard part as a fair bit of stuff got on it.

So I woke up Friday and was like "Yeah ʇ~~ɔ lets paint this shit". So since I had the day off shit was painted. Had a large bog that morning. And now my car doesn't look like poo

Yeah I worked out that my 4age had been in 3 cars before mine. My loom was pretty stuffed but I managed to fix it, there was a serious amount of unneeded wires also. I would never bother with a RWD loom as it will hardly be much better. They e-manage will help with power in the long run. I just pulled the ecu end of the loom into the engine bay, and tested the connectivity from the plug of a particular (dizzy for example) and the pinout on the ecu. Its a easy job just takes time.

Bought a water filter and regulator for the compressor. So now all I need is paint. I thought great when it was only $20 but then I realised You need $30 fittings to actually hook it up to anything. Hit up my local 4wd track Servo fun

I just did a whole new headlight wiring... I bought a 3way switch from supershit. I put it in the little black rectangle on the right of the steering wheel and it as the perfect size. Ran 12v from ignition to it and put a 20amp inline fuse (so no more leaving your headlights on problems) Then ran two wires from it to the drivers side headlight one to R/Y and the other to R/G. Then you just operate them from the new switch. Fixed all my problems and never had issues with it again. HID kit and you will still have the same issues.
