Yeah smallport starters are better, I wrapped my headers for pretty much the same reason that and because I heard of peoples slaves getting melted.
Orrrrr your alternator isn't charging properly but if its only when hot, you should be sweet.
I've actually never seen a 3 piece wheel that hasn't been welded? It would be pretty to stop it leaking otherwise.
Your either gunna have to get bigger spacers or flip them.
You can get starter motors rebuilt, which may or may not be a cheaper option you can look into.
What happens when you turn the key does it make a clicking sound?
My 4a was doing that and I just cleaned up all the wiring for the starter solenoid.
Also as far as I'm aware all rwd 4age's had heat shields on there starters.
they most legit way to solve this is by putting longer studs in and getting some "hub rings" there also called heaps of other things.
Which is essentially a fancy washer that makes the wheel locate on the hub properly.
Ah the servo photo nothing gets better.
Those caps should be locked away and never seen again.
"fakies" are fine in this situation because there is no "genuine" ones in this size or pcd.
But seriously it looks really good.
The bonnet is basically the same setup as LRS just a vented FRP one with a notch cut in it.
Which should be pretty much the same in a KE70
I believe he went custom bell-housing and his ecu is Adaptronic
Fully alloy v6 vs cast 4cyl
2gr-fe 163kg vs for comparisons sake smallport 4age 155kg
1/2gr-fe's are lighter than sr20s
weight will be very negligible vs the amount of power gained
From the man himself as far as driveline goes.

I forgot to ask this on your thread but how come you removed your cold start thingo? Although by the looks of that it literally just lets more air in
Smallports just have an extra injector for cold starts.
