What Makes You Happy Thread
It's_AUDM_Yo replied to t18drifts's topic in Rollaclub Social (Off-Topic)
This is how its inspected by CAMS -
Yeah so on the 12pin plug you only need #1, 2, 4 and 7 You just leave your original loom untouched apart from joining to thick white wires from each loom so that they both have power. This is one when it was still really messy and its generally just a shit photo. This is my build thread. If you want to have a flick through- Page 24 has some "current" photos http://www.rollaclub...-drift-machine/

Well if anything it will turnover nicer.
-
I don't have one on my gearbox does that matter? I assumed it all metal so it would all earth through one point.
-
lololol I ment 25-30mm = 3cm = 0.03m I'll grab some tomorrow if you want. But yeah just get the biggest bloody cable you can find its all i've done
-
On mine there just sitting there unplugged. There just for headlights, indicators, horn and etc for the AE92. So it has no effect on your AE71 or on your engine
-
Its mammoth. My starter cable is as thick or thicker as well. Turns over super well.
-
If got a thick as all shit one from the block to the chassis like 30mm Edit: I'm a retard
-
Cheers for the offer Reed Deadset on there computer it came up with $1200, Is Tridon any good? Cheers Rian your a bloody ripper.
-
On mine put on the radiator support like how runs on 70/71. No you don't technically need it but I personally don't think its worth the risks cutting it up when its really easy to hide Check the plug on my car tomorrow morning but from memory it was pin #1, 4 and 7 on the smallest (12pin) plug. Maybe #2 as well now that I think about it.
-
The "extra" loom would be the one with the headlights and similar from the AE92 Yes you can run the original interior loom you just need to give it power, tap in it a thick white wire from either loom. You only need 3 wires from the smallest ecu plug. (I can tell you the exact ones if you want) http://www.club4ag.com/faq_and_tech_pages/ECU%20Japan%20AE92%2090-91.htm These are the ecu pinouts if you want to check things.....This is the JDM version a couple of the colours are different in the AUDM models but the pinout locations are the same.

Went to Repco today to get some prices WHAT THE ACTUAL ʞ©$ɟ is in a AE92 4age igniter the rrp was $1200.....Looks like I'll be getting a second hand one.
-
Nah man, new Igniter and coil on the way. Its all it can really be now. Spark is so inconsistent. Carpet is lame. It smelled so bad in this. Also no carpet is really easy to clean . I could nearly just hose it in this. I probably will get some floor mats.
-
Yes, I think you will run into some issues like that with "racing" type things. Even archy requires your car to have a muffler these days.
-
Intense sound
-
Thats the messy part :jamie:
-
Yeah man I'll let you know, really keen to go on the 9th You reckon your car will be going? Interior back together
-
Friday nights just suite me really well. Said the reasons previously and that I have the weekend to mend my car if it breaks but it shouldn't (touch wood) I don't even know what the go is with morning sessions What time do they start/end. It may be hard to go with uni/work. And I'm pretty sure its more $$$$$ than Friday nights. I may go to a few Archy private nights if there organised because I really don't want my car rammed by same retard in a commo and etc Also Tasmanians are weird
-
Yeah I'm going to see how the car holds up on a Friday night. Before I have to drive the car 5+ hours home after a event because I don't even want to imagen what it would cost to get a tow truck to tow it back.
-
Yeah fun and fast are to very separate things.
-
Yeah didn't mean you wouldn't make it up, I just ment it would be very slowwwwwwwww.
-
Raleigh? When is it? Quite possibly if I don't have anymore hiccups.
-
With 1.6........haha. The downhill will be fine.
-
Destruction derby? ;) You'll have to re-shell then.

Put a few photos up on page 24.
