  1. I doubt it will be necessary to modify it, yet for this car I will be building a custom grille anyway. Minor update: Some parts are on their way from Cali, I'm waiting on another pair of twin headlight bezels, and some buckets, as well as a grille:) I'll be able to use the brackets to make another pair for the extra pair of bezels so I can slap up a set for my daily AE71 before I paint IT in gunmetal.
  2. Clean Pulsar :) Throw up some pics of the rolla :hmm:
  3. Is it this one by any chance, or am I way off? ENGINE Engine type = Diesel Engine capacity (cc) = 2982 Engine description = 4cyl/DOHC/4v Forced induction system = Turbo Maximum Power = 126kW @ 3600rpm Maximum Torque = 343Nm @ 1400rpm
  4. Got a bit more done today. Removed the Canadian Stickers Fixed the aerial so it now goes up and down Removed the trims from the gutter rails so i can fix a little bit of rust De-badged the boot lid Cut and polished the roof and boot lid Started removing interior bits to clean up because it's an ex country car and dust/dirt everywhere Throwing in the old Pioneer MP3 outta my old AE71 daily soon. Probably make a custom shelf and put in my JL 6X9's also. Unfortunately it looks as though i'll be driving this little auto beast for a while, as I have to move out of home and don't have the time to paint my AE71 and put it back on the road with work commitments etc.. The AE71 will either be sold or put back on the road once Alanna (g/f) and I buy a house later on this year :D

    My Ke70

MA61 = Boxy looking 80's Supra, based on the RA60 Celica Shell, and yeah they're 14 X 7 Same style wheel also came out in 15 inch as far as I'm aware. Originally released on an 80's Soarer (Very rare rims).
  6. Just to clarify, you used 2 pak? I always thought you needed heat lamps or something.
  7. Wicked, another rolla hits the streets :)
  8. Spray CRC / WD40 or equivalent on the bolt a few times a day for a few days and try again Monday. It'll budge;)
  9. Wreckers = A company which sells car parts. If they're too hard to find parts for, in your position I would be doing fibreglass. Pump the guards out (front and rear wings) about 70mm. (In a style similar to the 22B Subaru Impreza):)
  10. That front guard (wing) is stuffed, are they too rare over there to just be able to go to the wreckers and buy good parts?
  11. Adult images and a KE70 on the same page. There is a God.
  12. Just another borgy as far as I'm aware.
  13. First time I've noticed this thread, good to see the engine swap happened. She should flow sweet with the new manifold. Catchya soon mate.
  14. Ahhh, the rewarding stage. Looks cool, can't wait for clear:D
  15. Cheers for the kind words too guys.
  16. I figured it was worth a four hour round trip to pick it up. Just that the car dad drove me down in was my brother's 78 Fairlane so fuel costs have left me no option but to wait til Wednesday (when I get paid again) to pay the Registration:( Once that's done it needs New Windscreen L/H rear tyre (will do a pair of new on front and put the best two remaining on rear) 2 Front Outer CV Boots Front Brake hoses L/H indicator lens So I can pass the RWCert and transfer to my name:D
  17. $500 with 2 weeks rego left.
  18. AE82 CSX (Luxury :S ) 4A-C 3 Speed Auto 127,200 kms :P Tiny Canadian flag and cracked Vancouver stickers on the back windscreen :( Just got her back to Melbourne and washed it. Goes in for RWCert first check in the morning. Also paying the reg after work. Bought it off a guy who inherited it when his mother passed away 18 months ago. The furthest his mum ever drove it was from Leongatha to Kyneton in 1995. She bought it brand new in 1985. Since I blew the motor in my car (AE71 daily see sig) this will get me around while I respray it and put the good motor in. Time to drive like a Grandma;) .
  19. Any updates with this little beast? I'm picking up a stock white AE82 CSX sedan with 127,000 original kms (grandma spec 3 speed auto) tomorrow. May post up a members rides thread by the weekend:D

    The Kesev!

I'm pretty sure the rear seat cushion in the wagon's is foam as opposed to spring (is in my KE70 wagon), so if you ever plan to re-trim it use the wagon cushion so you don't have to put up with springs in your arse when you spend time in the back seat;)
  22. Good to see another update:D Can't wait to see the paint go on.

    Ke70 Daily

Just need good front tyres to drift, be careful though. 14 inch tyres eliminated the understeer in my car. Crappy stock Corona rims, silica compound "Sumitomo" fronts and hard as a d**k on viagra "Federals" on the rear ftw!
