  1. http://search.stores.ebay.com.au/philsrota...6489760QQsofpZ0 I could have sworn this ebay seller had them listed a while ago. Send them a message and find out. I bought my rare indicators off them for my panelvan and was happy with their service.
  2. Just did a google search of images for weds sport and there's a lot of different stuff, but these were what i was referring to... http://icbmotorsport.com/Wheels4/JDM_Weds_...4X100_39_Of.jpg
  3. Weds did a rim called the "albino" but from memory they were marked with albino on the rim near the wheel nuts. And the albino's I've seen before were the same style too, multispoke. As suggested above "Weds sport" i think is incorrect as they're a funny looking 12 spoke from what i recall.
  4. 1. I haven't tried sleeping in the back of mine but I think I'd be able to if i put my head at the tailgate end and hung my feet over the end where the seats are, one seat would have to be forward and tilted forward also to be able to do so, but in answer to your question yeah i guess you could. 2. I'm talking in terms of the KE70 van i have here, some stuff is different, some is same as sedans. Say for instance you want little stuff like a headlight suround, corner light and a bumper bar, you will have an absolute pain in the arse of a time finding them, seatbelts too and doors as well (trademe NZ is a good place to find these parts easier than Australia). But if you were restoring one and weren't concerned about originality, you could put a full KE70 sedan set of panels on the front. 3. If you can pick one up without rust for anything under 2K you're getting a bargain, like anything if you're patient in your search you will find the right car at the right price.
  5. Well worth considering, imagine what they will be worth in ten years, I may sell mine back to Japan one day :P What I really want is a KPGC10 but the AE70 will be enough to keep me entertained for a while. Off topic, being an AW11 owner, can you tell me what the stock seats are like? I've got AE86 seats to put in my panelvan as an upgrade over the KE70 ones but driving my bro's 86 I don't find them really comfortable, I'm considering AW11 as I've heard they go in to AE86's with minimal modification, which would be similar story for KE70 if that's the case. Do you find them to be comfortable?
  6. Nope, I do believe that car is owned by the owner of Toyospares or someone affiliated with that wrecker. There's also 2 others in the country I know of, a white early front in SA owned by ae86dc site sponsor "Buddy Parts", and the blue one I'm getting sent from Perth.
  7. Nope, It's currently blue and 3A-C pwered with an auto trans. I'll probably register it with stock driveline and change it soon after.
  8. Count me in, I may even bring a certain AE70 coupe if it's on the road by then :)
  9. cool show pics please
  10. Nice to know i'm not the only corolla nut that takes the effort to weld instead of fill, when doing rust repairs.
  11. As cool as panels are and look, being a pano driver myself i can tell you they're a pain it the arse, if I were in your position i would be painting the window surrounds from front to back and going dark tint. It's functional and looks really good. If you want some pics of what i mean PM me and you can either catch me on msn or i can just send them.
  12. Was this advertised on ebay a few months back? Best of luck with the build. How long til you register it?
  13. I will not be attending
  14. Put me on the list anyway. Will know 100% closer to the date.
  15. I hope to make this cruize, very keen. Just have to make myself available.
  16. Not if you want to pick up mega hot chicks Kasaccchhhhkstaaaan style.
  17. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-142354426.htm There's my forum input for today, enjoy :P
  18. Long time no update? Still got the car?
  19. You forgot to say manual. :y:
  20. Here's a link for those interested... http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/board/in...1408&st=920 I've been watching this thread regularly, I think it's an excellent concept and I just hope they execute it properly. I've been planning to do this for a little while now on my old AE71 sedan (roughly 3-4 inches all guards, similar style to a 22B), once I've got a cheap shitty pano worthy of cutting up for the coupe conversion. I bought my current pano off ebay without looking and it turned out to be too nice to chop up into little pieces:( I was going to do it but my brother talked me out of it.
  21. I put in an MP3 head unit this weekend, also cut some new door trim/cards and fitted Cressida side pockets. Will be in-building some surrounds for my 6 inch splits to go into the door trims and be part of the pocket assembly if that makes sense. When i do this I'll have to drill holes and fit rubber thingys for the wires to go through so i may as well hook up remote central locking and an alarm while I'm at it.
  22. if people have to postpone that's cool for me as long as it's still a sunday I'm happy :)
  23. Cool, what colour is the car going to be and will the new panels where the windows were be the same as the rest of the car?
  24. Very cool.
