So this week I got flooded during a camping trip.... then got flooded as soon as i got home tonight... garage is a swimming pool :glare: Well, the weather was good until thursday... went for a bit of a hike one day and camped on top a mountain, then woke up to this.... not bad ey? and nek minut I saw a group of these, which kinda remind me of you lot :P In other news, i believe ill be picking this up on tuesday and should be running tuesday night :D I'm going up to QLD for a few weeks so the car wont be driven much... still needs the shiney bits put on and the wheels need paint and moar polish... Also, track day coming up on Aus day :D

Word has it the car will be done in the next few days, only problem is I'm gonna be 6+ hours away in the middle of no where. Ive organized the old man to pick it up and finish a few things off for me till i get back... Man i miss this car, can't wait to drive it again.. especially now with moar powwas!! Question for you victorians, what i do i have to do for vicroads to inform them about the engine number change? Ive heard a few different things from a few people so I'm unsure...

Was a great day, didnt manage to have a chat to the owner of the green ksev, and only had a 2 sec chat to paul, but met the owners of the AE82's.. they were insane!! those cars gave me alot of ideas :happy: I must say it was very frustrating sitting on the sidline today...

*sigh* yes, pretty much anything is an upgrade from a land barge commodore... been driving my old mans VN thats done half a mil kms.. now thats an interesting thing to drive :blinks: Usually my car does this up and down, but flat bounce like go karts do, this thing bounces in a sideways motion... thats just the start fo the suspension problems let alone the rest of the car :blinks: :lolcry: I just began cleaning out my corner of the shed, so i know what you mean! its a great feeling :happy: hahaha

As long as there is no oil leaks, the battery is down tight, the brake pedal doesnt go to the floor and the seat belts lock you should be right ;) Its an awesome scene to get into, the whole atmosphere of the track is just awesome! How come you cut the springs? especially since this is a track/street car... And hey don't count yourself out! I was not even a second off a 2007 WRX STi, and only a few off of fully caged semi slick race ready WRX's around winton in my 82... youll be surprised what you can do with the right suspension setup and tyres, and some balls under braking :yes:

Ill be coming up to watch a mate in his 180, trying to get him into tracking his car Look out for a blue/purplish 180SX or a red AE82... sadly my car wont be up to scratch to fling it around on the track, thats if i get it before the weekend, if not ill be in my mums car lol :glare: Ill be the tall lanky bloke hunting down all the rollas in the paddock :)
