  1. Haha.. All good bud.. Pair of bulbs cost me 3 buks. :) Plus I learnt some shit in the process. Missing her is understandable.. she's quite the looker! haha :P Peace.
  2. Sorry guys.. Can't believe I didn't realise the 3rd socket lines up to be the reverse light.. hahah Awkward! O.o Changed the bulb to a dual filament in the middle socket and all is a go now! :D Hope this helps you 7rav! Thanks heaps, gents.. been a big help! Peace out..
  3. Cheers for the quick reply dbr11k.. but now I'm confused.. The rear light assembly has a socket for the indicator, tail and brake.. or at least that's my assumed order of the sockets.. At the moment, the brake and tail light sockets are using the same type of bulb.. What exactly do you mean by, "brake light and tail light are one"? I guess, in short.. what type of bulb do I need to put in the tail light socket and what type of bulb do I need to put in the brake light socket? I'll go buy them ASAP, as i can't drive at night currently!!! :\ Sorry for hi-jacking ur thread, 7rav but i assume I'm helping your cause.. haha :) Much appreciated guys. Peace
  4. Also bought my Ke70 recently and have the exact same problem.. P.M. me if u figure out the problem, mate. :) Does the brake light take the same bulb as the tail light, guys??? Cheers.
  5. Sorry to bring up an old post guys.. but I now own this car and too, cannot figure out the issue... The problem is stopping me from driving at night, as the brake only activates the dash and tail lights and if the tail lights are already on then their are no brake lights. I can't drive my car at night, it's killing me! haha I have: checked the ground in the boot - when off the tail lights go dim and both tail and indicators come on continuously checked the brake switch - works but turns on the dash and tail lights shorted the brake switch wires together - same result as the brake switch but without the need for the pedal and they stay on continuously of course swapped the tail and brake bulbs - same result (both bulbs are functional as tail lights) Have looked at over 30 web pages and cannot find a solution. It's as if someone has wired it wrong. Cheers, lads.. The help is much appreciated. :) EDIT: Overlooked some pretty obvious things.. ended up replacing the middle socket with a dual filament bulb and now all is well!
