Just one thing which could be a problem with the stock 20v turbo if you go too crazy. Rods.... Thinner = lighter = rev quicker = weaker.

I can't find anymore info if they are the same however IF they are the same as a 4age i can link you to a 4agte manifold steam pipe high or low mount for 450-550.

I'm yet to confirm that with other websites that the only i found talking about them so far.

Not all of them are external gated. Did i get the 20v part right? Correct low mount.

Firstly hopefully you didnt pay too much for the "custom" manifold as its straight off ebay. Secondly its for a 20V 4age. Ninja edit too slow: Thirdly its a low mount and not a high mount. :)

ahh i see it wont come out of the sleeve from here ^ Have you undone the cups that go over the threads? Like a cup with a bolt through it. Try and screw it in further first one or two threads then soak it with lube/ tap it with a hammer a few times then try undoing...

Ideally for that you want to use a rattle gun. I'm guessing you don't have access to one of those. :jamie: These guys are suggesting some good stuff.

The 4agze and the e58 gearboxes use the same spline as the w55/57/58 boxes. However generally a 4agze clutch wont fit inside there custom bellhousings. The tailshaft will need to be custom use a ra65 front yoke with what ever diff rear and get someone to make one up to the right length. Speedo cable is mechanical. What car you putting it in? The factory one from a corolla should fit onto the w series ones. Not 100% about this. starter motor fwd one is compatible.

How many do you need? A set? I have some but no sure how many.

Put one hammer one the back of where your going to hit it. Alternatively destroy the thread and get a new one. Use the nut just at the top of the thread so that the top of the thread and top of the nut are flush.

i also use an ae71 radiator in my ke30. even if you get one triple cored.

Are you going for the look or for performance?? Get another set of wheels if your going for performance as those 18 will handle like shit. Depending on who your getting it engineered you may want to box the pod filter. But so far so good. This will fly.

Yep bare metal is the key along with a decent sized wire. Why not find the thickest wire you can find. Get some appropriate sized bolt down lugs for the massive wire. create two leads. One from the battery to the body or engine. and one from the engine to the body. Mightn make a difference but it will be worth it in the long run never having earthing issues ever again.
