  3. Fair enough, thats lighter than I would have guessed. I only mentioned as I once helped a mate dynamat his car audio demo vito. We were rather surprised how much a sheet about the size of a4 would deaden a while roof panel. It's great stuff. Have you ever seen the demo display some shops have with 2 metal garbage bins with subs in them. 1 with and 1 without dynamat?

  5. You don't need to go too crazy with dynamat. Probably half as much on the roof there would have had the same effect, which also helps with not adding as much weight. Interested to see your hydrographics too!
  6. Re the cas, you could always try retro fitting the guts from say an rb cas into a bmw dizzy as I did with sr20 into k!

  10. Reversing the leaves is just stupid. You would be better off just solid mounting the diff as the leaves won't work upside down.

  16. I'm 99% sure you can, but can't confirm now cause I sold off all my w bits. Stu (tommys dad) could probably confirm as they're going to put a w50 in his 20.... using my old bell housing pictured.
  17. Totally wrong. .... vacuum advance is pretty much only for idle and light throttle driving. As you rev the motor and open the butterflies you lose vacuum, at what you essentially shouldn't have any!

  20. Yeah that's the best bet then swap over to a 4k. Oh and carb changes, cam, exhaust etc is all fine btw.
  21. Going by the ncop (national) it would need to be mod plated as a 20 never came with a 4k and although minimal it is still a capacity increase. Realistically though you would have to get a vigilant cop to notice. ... but considering its out of rego it'll be a problem before you get that far.

  23. Think I paid $80 posted for 4. They we're second hand so know they're genuine. ..just hope they all work. If you're going to run waste spark what about just getting some v6 commo packs?
  24. I built a custom cas about 2 years ago. It's half k half sr20. If you go back a few pages there's some vids of when I made and tested it. I just need to make some brackets for new ls1 coils and I can install it all.
