So been flat stick working on the car over the last 3 day finishig off little details and other bits around the car to get it done before the Powercruise show in 3 weeks. Got some cleang stuff for christmas so i decided to give her a wash and detail. Also heaps of stuff i orded off the net arrived over the last few days. By far the best thing that arrived was the MOMO stearing wheel  I raced out and brought a boss kit for it as soon as i got it :laff: Added a bit of jdm to the inside  My Rockford 4" speakers arrived for the front kick pannels along with 3 JDM air fresherners which came with a free keyring = WIN :laff: Also the number plate lamps, original uncut keys, Sparco pedals and spedo cable arrived. Decided to freshen up the rear end a bit more aswell. Stripped, primed and painted the sway bar and panhard bar and removed the surface rust from the diff plate, smoothed it off and painted it satin black :D

Hells yes :laff: Cheers bro, yeah keeping the 4k for a while. Going to get a 5k block worked by dads mate later on, put a cam in it and some bigger valves and get the compression up on it abit and put a set of twin webbers on it if i can find some, keep it old school :) might put a quad throttle 4age 16v in it later on but that will be a long time away. Thanks man not to much longer now. Yeah got to have an alarm, stop the scummers trying to knock my baby off :laff:

Got an awesome present for Christmas from the old man. A kick ass secerity system that immobilises the car and activates the central locking, has an 128db alarm 6 tone siren that is one of the loudest available, can be activated from over 100 feet away, has shock sensor detection and a bonnet alarm switch if someone manages to get it open and a back up battery on the alarm if someone disconnects the battery. Also wires into the indicators so they blink and the siren beeps when it is locked and unlocked and it has a remote control panic mode to scare people off. Loves it :D thanks Dad So we began the mamoth task of wiring in the millions of wires yesterday and finished it off this afternoon and it works a treat, i also set the alarm off and i can safley say that yes it is one of the loudest as i am nearly deff :laff:

So time for another update guys, havent done one in a while as i have been waiting on parts i have orded off the net :bash: Orded alot of stuff for the beast over the last month to try and get her done before the powercruise show down here in Tassie. Recently orded side indicators which have arrived and are now on,chrome number plate lamps, spedo cable, sparco alloy pedals, momo steering wheel and boss, set of original uncut keys and some Rockford Fosgate speakers  Another bit of mad news is that i also orded my BC V1 AE86 coilovers and they arrived the other day and i have begun fitting them :D so far i managed to file out the Ke70 bottom steering knuckles and recess the locator back in place with the dremil tool because as you might know AE86 knuckles are about 1mm difference between the holes. So they now fit in there perfectly :) Also borrowed an AE86 hub off a mate to try a wheel on for size and everythings all good. Now all i need is the hubs, rotors, callipers and backing plate off an ae86 to complete it. Rear ones fitted straight in and I'm very impressed with the overall quality and the way the dampeinig works, well woth the money. I can now run a really low ride height without compromising shock and spring travel. Found a 3" stainless dump tip to that i had to have aswell :laff: Aslo found a tacho dash for her thanks to Ben (BlueKsev) loves it.

Ok guys, just about to do an AE86 coilover conversion and i am chasing a set of front AE86 hubs, rotors, calipers and mounts, will pay postage. Tell us what you got. Cheers :)

Na not hard at all man. You need to find the starter motor wire that runs to the back of the ignition switch and cut that, then find the power wire on the back of the ignition switch and cut that to. Then i ran a wire 2 wires off the back of the new switch and soldered them to the two cut wires. So then you have the power to the switch that then runs to the starter motor and you still have the key to turn the ignition on so it can't be stolen. Thanks man :y:

Had an awesome thought the other day and decided it would be sick to have a push button start in the beast, so i went out to Jacar yesterday and brought the parts for $15 haha. Got busy today and decided to wire it in, works a treat :D :y:

Thanks man, took long enough to get the colour right haha :laff: ill do my best :y: Thanks heaps ben, and yeah for sure, not long untill its on the road and i can get some good shots of it :) Couldnt be any more happier with the mirror. Thanks so much once again  Oh yeah man, can't wait to get it on the road. Cheers man, actually planning on taking it up to powercruise next year to put it in the street car show to see how it goes :D And don't worry, going to buy some Tas plates for it soon with the black background and white writing, getting TOY.080 put on it  Thanks Josh, wont be long now. Next on the list is a set of BC V1 AE86 coilovers, front and rear with 30 levels of dampening and full height adjustment = More low :laff:

Time for an update guys :) So been busy once again and i decided to attack the tailshaft and radiator so i could get the beast moving. Wacked some paint stripper on the tailshaft, cleaned it up, primed it and blinged it up with some 2 pack purple and black  Cleaned up the radiator with the sand blaster and primed that and gave it a coat of satin black also. Another exiting bit of news is that it has finally been buffed up and detailed. Had The detailer come to my house at 8 in the morning and he didnt stop until 6. Have to say he did a mad job, came up so well, looks so flat and glassy. Very happy with the end result :y: big thanks to the detailer Gareth. Also got some of my lights working :D Just about to order BC V1 AE86 coilovers for it to, front and rear so i can dump it right down haha

So i had my dash plastic welded and resprayed by some bloke and i wasnt real happy with it as the paint has blisterd and has started to fall off and its not even on the road yet and where it has been repaired is quiet visible, would have looked better with the crack there >| . So i picked up a overrated blue dash pad off a mate for 50 bucks and i plan on plastic priming it and getting some acrylic matched to pait it with. can't be bothered stuffing around with the other one.
