yea i think I'm going to use a 3T-C bracket and just modify it to fit so it doesn't foul on the Chain Tensioner.. Thanks for the pics too ;)

I Also Have a Haynes Repair Manual, But its for a Left Hand Drive TE72 and everything is Different..

Hey Guy's, I currently have a T-18 Project I'm Doing up and I'm having some trouble setting up the Air con... I'm going to be running a 3T block with 2TG head (already built) I'm having trouble figuring out the Standard Air Con Setup..... I Bought a 3T-C A/C Bracket today which fits appart from the twin cam Chain tensioner hitting the top where the 3T-C Air pump normally goes. But that's not the issue as i can just Cut off the top of the bracket to fit... The issue is i can't figure out how the A/C actually bolts up to the Bracket with the Tensioner Correctly.. If anyone has a Standard Air Con setup on their 3T it would be great if you could take some pics of how it all fits up so i can figure out how I'm meant to make it all fit! Ill post up some Pics of where I've got it to so far... just charging my phone atm... Hey man, i just bought Twin Dellorto's for my 3TC, just wondering... how much clearance do you have between strut tower and carby's??

Yea 2TG manifold bolts are on opposite sides to 3TC... 3TC Below 2TG Below 3TC is Push-Rod, 2TG is Twin cam so different Head = Different Mounting Setup

Been A Long Time since i Updated... Long Story Short... Fell Asleep on the Pacific Highway just near Dreamworld (kinda Ironic) the guard rails werent Kind the the car, but i got away with just a bruise... took me a while to get back on the road... but i bought another T18 which is a Series 2 with Series 1 Grille Lights, Bumpers and Tail Lights... Sits on MA61 Supra wheels (which i bought)

First update in a while... lol Got New Tail Lights In (Still need a little bit of Adjusting to fit perfect) Also painted two of the Stockie's Satin Black and put the Chrome back on so they look cool on the back of the car. Got a New Rotor Button and Points which is going to make it easy to tune up the car soon. also going to get a twin core Copper Radiator to keep it nice and cool :) thats about it for the moment :wink:

No Posts for a while... update... Motor need's a good Tune & New Valve Stem Seal's (making poping kinda noise when decelerating) might consider a full rebuild soon as i now have a full time Job as a welder! :) will also be putting in new: Front Break Rotor's, Pads, Break Lines & Rebuilding Callipers. (they are sticking on abit which was a problem me and my mates also had with our T18 Project car for Drift) Also started cleaning up some of the Rust (Mostly Surface rust) can't wait to spend some more money on My Beast! haha Peace

my car is about the same around the tail lights, but worse on one of the window sils... but in general its not really that bad... easy enough to fix with some mesh & metalmend ;)

FINALLY got my wheels on wth new Ling Long tyres :) also put Cadence 5x7 Speakers in the back to give it some more volume :)

KE70 DX tail lights are a good option... they look very similar to stock T18 ones... thats what I'm getting for my car soon... Check them out Ebay Au: KE70 DX Tail Lights

Wheels Are Finnaly Finished! :)

Wheels are now Finished Painting :) glad that they are done even though the paint was crapola... i may repaint them in the future but they look good! they have gone from This: To This: I'm yet to bolt them back up and have tyres fitted but before that i still need to file down the seats so the centers slip in and don't have to be bashed or damaged to make them fit.. :dance:

i was there from 1 till 2:15 havin a chat to a fellow T18 owner... it was pretty much over when i got there... only about 4 cars still parked, had a quick look and then chilled out for a while..

Rim + Gutter = Fail :( (Silly me and my driving):bash: its not so bad though because the center's on those are an inch bigger than the ones i just painted, which means its not really buckled that badly...

so the buckled Rim got me Super Motivated to Paint the other wheels and get the tyres fitted... so heres the progress so far :) Painted one Center which came out nice, although i did scratch a tiny bit of paint off when putting it back together (this one Was Silver) So i will have to take it apart and apply another coat... i also put new Valve Core's in both of the Wheels. I attempted to paint the other center but in the process i wasn't careful enough and let it fall on the face which wrecked the paint i had just applied... which means I'm going to have to strip it back again and Repaint it... but I'm happy that its underway/ i also nee to File down the Seats for the Center as they make it very hard to get the centre's in properly and as for the buckled rim... i hammered it roughly back into shape and i will have to fix it properly, but the tyre on there is stuffed so it will have to be replaced soon

another setback :sob: atleast it wasnt one of the other 2 nicer meshies...
