  1. Just wondering if anyone can help me I have fitted a 4agze (from an 88 mr2) to a 67 ke10 and now I want to start fitting an a/c system.

What I need to know is how to wire in the engine idle up there are two inputs that I can see which are ELS2-from idle up diode & A/C-From A/C amplifier. I'm not sure which ones to use or what the input voltages are.

  2. Here's a shot of the exctractors finished. Going to be a 2.5 inch system

Here's a couple pictures of the gearbox crossmember finished. I have used the factory ke10 crossmember and had some brackets made up to extend it towards the back of the car.

  3. Hey everyone I know its been a while since i've actually done anything

but now I'm back into it. I now have the engine and box sitting in there

and I am about to start the engine mounts. I am going to manufacture

an L shaped mount with a brace and run the Land Rover round type rubber

mounts for a nice rigid feel. Let me know what you all think!

  4. if you remove the external regulator on the left hand front of the car and strip the wiring back to the right hand side you

end up with only 3 wires into a plug. They are then modified to fit your new alternator one for your dash light (yellow/white)

and one from your accesories to charge the rotor in the alternator (White/red) and the Black/White runs to your starter solenoid

which is left untouched. Hope this helps.

  5. The KE10's didn't have a headlight relay so i assume the KE11 is the same.

So i would check the connector plug into the stalk for a power output on high beam if no out put stalk is no good.

If there is an output problem is in between plug and lights.

  6. Good idea.

Please give as many details of the conversion as you can as I want to put a 4age in my ke10 too.

have you come across this guys topic: Davros' ke10 4age

    Also:

Yeah awsome work! ive just started polishing the rocker covers on my engine trying to get them to look as good, it must have taken him forever.

  7. I've finally started on my partners KE10.

Previsously was running a worked 5K big cam, twin webbers, lots of head work etc.

Now shes wants more power so its time for a ground up restoration. I'm starting by doing a full mock up first.

Any way heres some pics let me know what you all think. :D

  8. hey guys, I'm doing a 4agze RWD with T50 box conversion and i can get a new flywheel, clutch, pressure plate and starter motor for nothing from a 4Y can anyone tell me if any of these parts are the same as the 4age RWD parts or are they no good to me thanks.

  9. Up for sale i have my KE11, i am selling it because i now live in north Queensland and can't do anything with it. It has a 4 speed box and a siezed 4K. I have the front guards and bonnet of it at the moment but everthing is there. It's currently located in Geeveston.

  10. I have just had the same problem with a 5K running twin webers it had all the same problems!

In this case the problem was a vacum leak through the gasket. An easy way to find a vacum leak is with a squirty bottle of

penetrine or something alike, just spray around soft mounts and inlet gasket while engine is running and listen

for any change in the way its idleing.
