I will try and take some pics to post here......never done it before, so no promises.
The belts I have atm are pretty good.......just the drivers belt as a small ammount of fraying. Not sure if it would get by a roadworthy. the fraying does not go into the outer edge of the material....it just looks a little furry on the edge for about 4 inches.
I am getting the bonnet and boot sand blasted today, so will be busy painting later this arvo.
The colour of my coupe is a silver/blue. The closest match I could get is called Glacier Blue (chrysler/mitsubishi). I have painted the engine bay and valance in this coulour and am very pleased with it.
This is my first attempt at restoring a car so I am far from an expert.....just very enthusiastic (my missus says obsessed). so to me...any improvement on the look of my coupe is better than what I started with. It was a neglected car that the owner had dubbed "the ugly car".
