The Search function and Google is king of knowledge, But to answer you question everything has to be changed from the windscreen foward The list: Louver Panel ( Windscreen Wiper Panel ) Some say there's only 1 kind but they different :bash: Bonnet Fenders ( With Indicators ) Stone-tray ( Beaver Panel ) Grill Lights Bumper ( old 1 wont line up with the curvature of the fenders ) Edit: We refer to the different types as "Flat Front" and "Slant Front"

So which head has the bigger cc :hmm: I'm thinking a Standard 4k as it has flat top pistons so it would need a bigger combustion chamber And has anyone made the chambers bigger using a dremel in the search to lower my Compression Ratio!

Was really thinking of webers lately because just so much more gear floating around for them and with su's some carb experts wont even touch them. I've been reading the SpeedPro Series book on Su Carbs and theres some good info! If I do go Su carbs might go single 2" or dual 1.75" ...Leaning more duals just because it hasn't been done before ( I THINK! ) Dizzys is probably the part I least know about. I have been instructed to lock them ( CHEAP ) or Re-curve to suit the engine ( EXPENSIVE ) I've read a locked dizzy's will not like start ups and idle at all, but will perform best at higher Rpm. This is a budget engine build with a set budget so just trying to keep things simple. Never like the slant either even tho mine started life as one. I do have a little crush on some Slant wagon's

Altezza - I've read the build of yours for your daughter about a 100 times! :laff: Definitely going to have a FMD setup its been a must from the first day I thought this build out. I'm selling my Dual inch 1/4 Hs2 on a lynx manifold like Altezza's if anyone's interested . :wink:

So been looking around and theres conflicting info all around the net about what rods to use with what lifters! :bash: I'm using a Standard 4k head with adutable gear on a 5k Block I will be installing standard 5k solid lifters, so do I need to get A14 pushrods or are the std 4k pushrods alright? And I've also read they 2 different types of 4k-c Heads How do I spot which mine is? And whats the difference? Cheers

Note to the world , When taking a A/C bracket off a 4k just double check its not a 3k bracket because they can't be used to mount a S/C :bash: Edit:I'll give that a go Evan Cheers
