V1 = ultimate fail, came out more like a mat than a panel . Release agent was a slicone spray but resin still stuck to panel , which made me get a screw driver and push it under the glass which cracked it all losing its strength. There was 4 layers of fibre all put on seperately so don't think it was that. Maybe my resin mixture was kind of eye balling it.

Ken - I looked into carbon fibre , the extra money spent going from glass to fibre was just not worth the weight saved , unless you a proper racing team. Rian - I know some people :) pretty pricey tho Jono - Yea I need both panels just for a day to make negatives .

I'll make anything really . Just need the actual panel to get a copy off then I can make as many as people need. Rears haven't been touched yet cause they just going to get rolled and some camber loving . Paint is going to be unique, more practable then glitz and titz .

So just bought a 1m x 100m roll of fibre-glass fabric. Going to start making my panels for my Mr2 and whatever fabric I have left, I will be making ke70 lips. Can also make panels for ke70s or any corolla model if someones willing to donate/lend me the panel to make copys off. :happy:
