  5. I love the idea of a 2 spd, 5k stall, huge cam and a locker in a ke20. Z even though it won't compare to my old 320rwkw vl it would be so much cooker

  12. Is it a straight bolt in affair? My ke20 came with a spare 4k and 3spd. My car is currently 3k toyoglide and whilst I'm building a nuts 5kt I wouldn't mind dropping the 4k in for a bit extra tourque to get up hills etc
  13. Phil what parts is your gearbox builder using or upgrading in the toyoglide to make it handle some beans

  20. could the toyoglide possibly be built to handle the power do you think? That would be ideal, 2spd with a 5k converter ;) Also, has anyone pushed the limits of stock rods yet? Just wondering if it would be worth getting the spool rods for the 5k or not? What are the advantages of a 4k head on the 5k? And how hard is it to come by an efi setup for one
  21. Yeah well at this stage the plan is built 5k, t04 turbo or similar, carby, full manual auto with 4500-5000rpm converter, water injection and alot of boost :)
  22. they are all such large boxes, you would think they would sap alot of power from the k engine as it wouldnt be making much anyway.. Hmm I'm interested as I have just put a deposit on a overrated (I mean overrated) ke20 and I plan on going boosted 5k and auto to have a crack at this title :P

  24. Ahk cool. From what I have read all the s13 gear pretty much bolts in if you use the s13 crossmember, you just have to file the x member holes out a bit, yeh?
