Jon i found i could lever certain bits of, as there done with plugs, tho, a few badges had rivet like pins in there, they should be to hard to dislodge

Sounds interesting, ive seen a ke55 with a hemi 6 in it, an that was a very rough fit, but, it went hard.

ok had a look at the side strip there glued on, so should come of with a bit of care, an the chrome stip that is above the door arches will come of to? These are picks of unusual rust i found on my window arches?looks like a pain in the arse to fix.. sorry if there big an out of focus taken with a camera phone. (pics resized by Tiger)

ok, I'm sure some1 knows how to do this, i want to remove the side strip/trim, an badges on my car, ive heard mixed things like on some models they are glued on some they have clips, what type are the KE models?an whats the best method of removing them? Cheers to the KE experts.

maybe you could set that up for your newer engine.

sounding nice dude, have u figured out a way to get the bolts to stay in place longer?maybe get a titanium, exhaust of the stock size?an strip the backseats out for weight reduction if you havent already, then see how you fare against the skyline.

this is pretty interesting, so getting a 3k dual chain+tensioner installed?will help with timing?

well at the moment, better handiling an gearing, for a start,i don't drift, i do hills runs, an the better my car handles an accelerates for this the happier i am, i reckon for a 27year old car it goes pretty well. then maybe get the surface rust taken care of, the chrome redone an a paint job, an engine mods/interior/stereo after, i have a cordia turbo available if i want to, tho I'm not sure its such a simple thing to do. I'm going on a cruise next friday, ill try an get some shots of it then.

yea i looked, but your missing my point, i don't know what to do, i never welded before, an fitting it I'm in the same boat, an the pics for it don't load up, I'm asking is for info, an help, as i said, its not something i know how to do yet. :P

well i want to install a r31 4 pinion lsd, but that will be a wider axle an need to be shortened?an installing is also my issue, as i havent done these sorts of things before, an the faq doesnt exactly give much info on how to instal it.

As i said i havent done that sorta stuff before, other people who have done its advice/help/suggestions arewhat I'm after.

Hey dan, Yea mine has the holden suspension so its a bit different to lower, as i here..yea shes a manual, what sort of diff ratios are there, an how do i instal them?i kinda would like to put a r31 lsd in if i could get one, but I'm havent really done that sorta thing so yea..not sure, id also like it to handle better, as i like to do down hill touge runs.

Ok guys, my bog stock ke55 needs to be upgraded..so I'm open to suggestions, an info on acheiving them, eg installing corona struts? lsd upgrade, brakes, engine, lowering etc, possibly making a customer instrument cluster etc. would post this in the ke forum but id rather put it here, as you guys would be of more help an are local. cheers.
