One problem with your "tinting"!! Its illegal to tint the windsheild. Looks good tho, Good job!!!

The chase is cool, but the movies not that great. I like the chase in Gone in 60 Seconds (1974). The chase in the sequal/yet not sequal (Gone in 60 Seconds 2: The Junkman)(1982) isn't that great. It just got a bit too fake how they crashed like over 150 cars. They crashed for the sake of crashing. I like the latest Gone in 60 Seconds chase too.

You could have more advertising?? That could cover some, if not all of the costs.

After I removed my mud flaps i had to remove 2 x Tweety bird sickers. One above the fuel tank and one on the opposite side. The other crappy sticker was on my gear stick knob. Twas a smiley face. Sadly I have no photos of that one. It went before i could take pics of it. Asw for my front mud guards i hope to be putting them back on someday.

I think it looks better!! Any car looks great lowered. P.S. You should have added some definition to the bumper and maybe the doors. You could have done this by adding some glare on the bumper like what the front one has.

I've got a couple pics of what she'd look lowered. This pic is what she might look lowered. I played with it in paint ages ago. This was a couple weeks ago when i had 15 Besser Blocks in the boot.

thanks, guys!! Your comments mean alot to me!! The rims are 14" Delta rims. My dream wheels are something 70's that looks tough. Maybe jellybeans. In mid this year I plan to have her repainted. Last year i recieved enough money from tax to have a reconned engine fitted. This year i'll have even more so hopefully I can paint her and maybe redo the interior. I'm still trying to decide on colours. I might keep the brown vinal or might change it to black vinal. But first will be the paint on the exterior. Hopefully the new colour may match the old interior. The colours i was thinking of are: ~Metalic Orange. Most likely a bright one. ~Metalic Green. Its a bright green, you may have seen some cars already with this colour. ~Metalic Yellow. It'd be a cross between yellow and orange. Kinda a dark yellow. ~A light Navy blue most likely metalic. ~Lastly a real bright Red. With the yellow and the orange i might keep the interior brown. I hope not to change my carpet too. I kinda like the colour and how the black looks against it. If i can have everyones opinion on these and what they think will look best!! thanks, Jon.

BUGGAR!! I really wanted to come to the Driftzone day but i just realised that i will be in Darwin at the end of this month/ beginning of next. Sorry but i have to pike out.

I got the dash restored at a place called dashboard restorations. There is a thread all about it on here. They are up in brissie. Click Here for their site. The exhaust is a 2" sports exhaust system with a cannon muffler. And she sounds mean!! After i picked it up and was driving home I couldn't wipe the smaile off my face. Out of my group of friends she's the best sounding exhaust. Thats what they say and I agree. I will lower it eventually, but I need to focus on other things first. Hopefully the next thing to go on is my 5 speed thats been sitting in the garage for about a month. I feel confident with this car, that she wont break down on me. I've spent that much money on her that she should be right. But alot of other people still think of the stereo type, that since its on old car it must be unreliable.

Here are the latest of pictures. I've been polishing her chrome lately so she's been looking great!! I just love chrome!!! And i just LOVE my EXHAUST!! In the earlier pictures i had two chrome mud guards on my front two panels. I may end up putting them back on after i have her painted. Does anyone else have this, or was this an aftermarket addition the past owner had placed on the car?? Another thing i didn't mention is that i tracked down a passenger side mirror and removed the dodgy old one that couldn't stay still. Jon.

Today I cleaned Lolla. More than usual. I spent hours detailing her engine bay and even took the seal off the boot. It was amazing at the amout of "krudd" that builds up there. If i never looked there i wouldn't have found all that shit and my boot would have rusted out. Here are the pics... The underside of the bonnet was covered in "Krudd" so bad it was a brown/black colour. Sadly i have no before pics. I soon plan on changing the air filter to a chrome one and am planning on putting this metal mesh stuff over the hoses. I also want to bet my rocket cover and my brake booster chromed. And maybe my shroud. Lastly heres the boot seal.

Most recently i've redone my dash. It cost me a overrated but was worth it.

The tint was all bubbled. Next up i picked up seats from the wreckers. They were seats i really wanted and i wanted them just in case they crushed the car. Funny that the next time i went to the wreckers for the rear windscrean the car was gone. Here are more photos of the old seats... I had the headrests on for a while. If you look at the rear windscrean pic you can see them. I like the look without, even tho its illegal. Looks 60's.
