Got an email from the guy who bought my car last night, its been sitting in his shed in bathurst for 12 months as hes been too busy with work and new family to touch it BUT he pulled it out over the weekend,started up fine and is getting the other car painted and then fitting the big engine into it along with all the other goodies. Hopes to get it going Feb next year and wants me to oversee the transplant if he has any dramas.

Both Darren and myself know that we had heaps enough power to run 12's ,its just we gave up on it before we could prove it. If you work on the Moroso calc we both should/could have run in the high 11's. :jamie:

Thats what the pan was ,he used to ring me every other day but haven't heard boo for months. I don't think he actually knew what he was buying once he saw the car and exactly how much stuff was in it. He wasn't really that mechanically/electrically minded. MMMMMMMMM

Turbo charger aren't fuel specific,it all depends on how it is matched to the engine. On mine i actually ran a turbo that came from a 2.0 SAAB diesel.

Put a T25 on it with .48 rear housing,with STD camshaft it will boost just fine.don't make the j pipe too long and lag it properly. MAtt

Thats right my KE10 is on its way to NSW somewhere,the driveline is going in another KE10 so keep an eye out for a sleeper 10 around. MAtt

Ok It is with a heavy heart that i show you what has happened to my KE10. :jamie: Was competing in a motorkhana today,first run after i tuned it again and had it all sorted out. And this is the end result,clipped a kirb in third gear and rolled it twice. So i am looking for another body. Few pics will put a vid up later MAtt

Guys Just to let you know,fitted some new 400cc injectors last weak and got time to tune it today,made its best power of 159RwKw and 295Nm on 1.31 Bar boost with around 12 -11.5 AFR's. Will post up dyno graph when i get home,haven,t driven it yet so should be a wild ride. MAtt

That breather you have blocked off isn't doing you any favours,you need to remove that cap and run a atmo breather from there down the side of the engine or just let it vent to atmosphere from there. Is the oil drain well above the resting oil level???? I would suggest fitting a pipe from the small fitting to the aircleaner side of the engine. MAtt

Ken I got mine from an old bunky wreckers in jandakot mate, was very lucky to get it and it was in recon condition. Thats probably your best chance. MAtt

Go the RA galant dual curcuit master cyl ken, thats what i run and its stops real good (youve seen the vids from sunday). don't need a booster for pits mate,didnt come with one don't have to have one. MAtt

Put some KE55 calipers on them man,thats what ive got on mine.Just had to drill out the mounting holes for the back plate i think. Easy man. MAtt
