;) Not me... I spotted the funniest thing the other day though..... It was a early 70'sish Toyota Crown and it had a full fibreglass bodykit literally tacked on. Nasty job. It even had stock rims and hubcaps! :P Some old fella driving it the way most old fellas do! Anyone here? :D

If you are sitting in the car looking into the engine bay! :P From the front the air cleaner should be the right hand side for a 4k! The easiest way to tell is by the timing cover.... the black round cover on the front of the engine! Thats a 4ac...... The 4k doesnt have it...... Correct me if I'm wrong people!

You can use my rolla as a test car if ya like :P Its got the 20v already! :) That is pretty full on though..... I would like to see a total cost for the motor build up! :) That would have to have cost a pretty penny!

After a quick check to see if my car is under the carport still I'm happy to announce it wasnt me! :) I havent moved the rolla since thursday night so it wasnt me or my car! I spotted a nice white AE92 CSX on main north on thursday morning! I cut off another car as I was checking out his car and giving him the nod! :) It wasnt a really close call or anything but I wouldnt have turned normally in those instances. :P Need to pay more attention!

My parents bought a brand spanking AE71 when I was about 5. It was so new and shiny! :P I thought it was great...... My dad had one of those cool stereos in it where you actually take the whole deck out and take it with you! :P That was my first memories of a corolla!

It all started years ago with the exact same car I am driving now! I was in the market for a new car and I was looking at everything from corollas to commies... I had checked out multiple vn's (*cringes*), even a monaro and then a mate at work rocked up in his AE82. It was clean with rims and lowered suspension as well as a few other mods! I liked the look of it and my mate at work suggested I go and look for a twin cam. His red one at the time was a standard CSX with all the good bits from a twinky except the 4age. It still had the 4ac in it! He took me for a spin and I loved the go cart like handling of it! I then proceeded to go out and buy an original white twin cam. I had that for about 4 years and during that time my mate swapped his red one to a 20 valve! I loved my 16 valve AE82 but I loved the look of his better and with the 20v in it it made it more of a complete package. He then decided it was time to sell it ( he had owned it since new in 1988 and needed to make way for his new lexus and supra) so I made him an offer and now its mine......

Yes the Audi RS4 is a great car..... but I would prefer the RS6. 4.2 litre quad cam twin turbo v8! 450BHP...... :P

I knew that! :D My bad..... I thought it was a VZ.... Apparently I don't know as much as i thought! :dance: The SS's had that little dot at the bottom of the head lights though! I'm not sure how to explain that better but hopefully you guys know what i mean!

Sorry St Nick.. it wasnt a dig at you but coln72's commy is the new shape (vz i think) and the ss wagons stopped with the vy range as previously stated! I know too much about commy's as I live just outside elizabeth in SA where they make all the things! Half my mates work at holdens making the things as well! The reason the workmanship is so dodgy is half the people I know that work there are stoned all day when making the damn cars! :D

by wires I'm assuming he means bling bling rims.... :D Low rider style! From my understanding the wires usually involve a hub change as well! They have only a single nut! St.nick has posted a good pic on the end of page 4 in this thread!

Calais or Berlina I'm thinking...... I don't think they make the SS wagons anymore.... I was also under the impression that the m5's all had v8's in them. Do any of them come with a v8?
