ah also i want to get this baby sitting a little lower too.. but ive only got 8cm till I'm on the bump stops on the rear and bout 14cm from body to turf :D i want lower damn it...!! so ill be getting some blocks for the rear and get out the angle grinder for the fronts...and ill try keep my fingers well clear this time haha

want to hear the old girl running with the new pipe but she starving herself of fuel.... i pored some petty down her thoat she kicked over so its definately fuel related the lines to the carby were dry to start with but i was able to suck the fuel up to the carby... (ps gota love the taste of premium in the arvo haha) but it wont pull the fuel through when i try to start it thinking a new filter for starts, failing that i guess ill probly be up for a new pump... more $$$$$ to spend YAY (opened up the pump and it had fuel inside, lucky i was wearing a rubber glove when i did or that cut would have cause some form of discomfort) any other ideas people?

.also bought a battery charger yesterday so i got the 'daily' started today... looking to get some more done on the rolla soon.hopefully

ok some pics of work.... and said injury :D just need to get the surface rust sorted on the roof then time for primer oooh look i can see the bone...cut into that too haha

holes filled :D now just have to smooth off the welds and skim coat with bog :laff: started to sand back the paint on the roof to get to the surface rust only to be reminded that me and power tools don't mix :D ill post some pics up when the power comes back on. battery almost flat on laptop... ill find something to do that doesnt require power haha

good news :D transfered the rolla into my name today.. so I'm now the legal owner also got the form to get the new plates. probly put them in tomorrow. (SLO-055) :P and I'm about to head out and try and finish off the welding once i get off here (weather = warm and blue skys here)

also bought central locking kit and remote boot release yeaterday :P

some pics from today mig wasnt working well at all wasnt feeding the wire through properly and giving me the S**TS got it working 'better' but then it rained haha ill probly hire something instead of messing around with this P.O.S!!! ive at least got all the pieces cut out and ready to go

seems i have this monday and tuesday free this week. so hopefully i should get rust sorted this week and at least the rear in primer so i can get the tail lights back in got some bog,fire extinguisher and primer today going to order the parts i need for the engine work this arvo. so things picking up a bit (except for the chest infection which means i wont be working or goin out side for the next couple days :fuzz: )

well you seem to be able to every thing else so i don't doubt that ;) oh and feel free to whip me up a nice boot set up like yours cheers

thanks guys. should be able to find some time to get out and get the drivers side sorted this week then comes the fun part of the mechanical side... ;) really need to have a week off work so i can get stuck into it on the plus side some owed money WILL be in my hands this weekend so ill be out to order some parts for the donk ps luc how much would it set me back for a respray? (ill do my best to get it preped)

today i got out and sorted out the passenger front quarter rust hole ;) not overly impressed with the outcome. but not too bad for a first go but it will need some smoothing off. drivers side is on its way... then ill be on to the rear quarter progress is slow and time is scarce but i have a dead line to meet...

ok so the misses new car is fixed and her old car possibly sold :D bike puncture fixed had some sheet metal and grinding disk dropped off yesterday picked up some stuff from a fellow rollaclub member yesterday(5mm spacers, front quarter, brake pads) thanks jono :) started playing around with the rolla again today(got some sections for rust repair ready)till it started to rain :D so all good news and a very productive day..... except for the fact that i have to go to work in 30 mins....damn it!! it may take a while but i'll get there in the end good luck to all you guys doin builds out there keep up the motivation :)

ok some good news i mig welder was dropped off yesterday. YAY.... time to put in some work, getting some sheet metal tuesday so ill get to work soon. slowly plodding away at this rust just waiting for the money to slowly dribble in. (biggest expence at the moment is lending the misses some $ so she can get a newer car) :yes: depending how much work i get done this week ill post some more pics plus i still got to get the stereo decked out in the daily before i get my licence back too
