  2. efharisto, but whats bos bas? :P kala is good i know that much :bash: can't go 13s anymore :( i have corona brakes on the front and min is 14". don't worry though, it will never have anything bigger than 14s on it! anything above 14s on a corolla look too big in my opinion :hail: a pic from the weekend
  3. dude.... shattered to hear about your wags :P SA police are so shit. i thought VIC was bad! fix it up man! here are some pics of my mates wags and my roof racks. hope it makes u chance your mind lol. :bash: Alpine speaker 'installation' hah $16 roof racks :(
  4. Dude, ive got some O.G racks I'm about to put on my van. will get pics up tomorrow. I'm borrowing them off my mate with the wags. there to suit the hitop wagon/panos so they will look dorky as on my low roof van :) Ohh self serve wreckers is the place to go for racks! :S under 20bucks too ahaha
  5. nah it isnt. his car has been mistaken for it a couple of times. his is flat baby blue and much lower. BKS was a metallic. ive got a crappy pic on my ph of BKS's car, the blue wag and my panelvan all together! by chance we bumped into him at a servo one night :S
  6. Sick wagz!!!!!!!!!! my mate's ae71 wagz is soo much like this! except its on MA61s and baby blue. riding dirty in the back and same alpine speakers sitting on the back seat! i'll post a pic up :hmm: funny shit :blinks:
  7. Very cool car mate. wish there were a few around for sale! get some more pics up :hmm:
  8. Lowering blocks are balls.. don't waste your money. best to get the leaves reset and add +1 to the packs. BUT, in the mean time i would flip the script! :hmm:
  9. paint looks awesome up close with a the flake in it! nice work buddy :)
  10. good work on getting rego. :) get some more pics up and a list of your plans!
  11. Always keen for a drive :) what motor are you running in Evan G? Anything exciting?!
  12. I cheated abit..actually alot. i used a translator to write that. :) I can't really speak it yet. still learning. only know basic greetings and thanks etc. THE VAN CAN: My fuel system works ok and isnt too loud. only problem with how i did it (and its a pretty big problem lol) is if i run below half a tank and try and take corners hard i get bad fuel surge. I haven't got any good pics of it yet, but basically it consists of: 1x plastic inline fuel filter coming straight from tank (in driver side wheel arch area) straight to a bosch VL commodore external pump mounted with Narva "P clips" and wrapped in rubber. its mounted under the back wheel arch outside the car. sort of infront of the tail light. in this pic below you can see how its mounted from inside the boot. (black rubber bit with two gold coloured M6 x 70mm bolts) VL pump then connects straight to factory steel hard lines under the car (using brass barb fittings to change fuel line size from 1/2" to 1/4") and to a 6mm (1/4") Nissan exa efi fuel filter mounted in the engine bay. So No surgetank. (i wanna fit one). When i had this sort of setup running I'm my sedan a couple years ago the fuel surge issue was no where near as bad.. it must be the shape of the wagon/van fuel tanks that make it worse. Also note: i have a fitted boot cover over my floor area in the back, and when i take it out the pump is noticeably louder. so maybe add a floor covering if you don't already have one. :)
  13. σας ευχαριστώ για το γράψιμο κάτι haha, my greek is rather limited
  14. hard crowd.. feel free to write something :laff: ;) edit: woohooo 3 pages ;)
  15. dunno about those flares man.. you don't need them. (wheels don't stick out past guards) And it reminds me of the 4wd people. just needs a stainless steel snorkel and a right angle rubber joiner on the top  My first ke sedan was exactly this colour , same black stripes and XX spec :D
  16. give that lancer some love!
  17. I read on another forum awhile ago about a yellow e70 panelvan being spotted on centre rd too! There is a transmission shop on scorseby rd that have a very clean white or beige (can't remember) ke70 panelvan. he said he didnt want to sell it and that they have had it since new! for a work car/shop car it is very very clean!
  18. they are well worn and bottoming out often. (or its riding on the bumpstops) Looks like i will have to check a catalog out and do some measuring. was hoping someone on here had already done the ground work  not to worry :D
  19. crappy phone pics i know. heres some i just uploaded of how i did the swaybar. Comprising of: ra60 swaybar linkpin mounts, ra60 diff with factory "D" bush mounts and an oldschool T18 aftermarket? Selby swaybar, link rods are made of m10x1.25 threaded rod and high tensile m10x1.25 mount bolts. it all seems to work nice. A flick of the wheel and the oversteer comes! haha. In all honesty though it feels a lot more neutrally balanced. drives more like a ke70 sedan.
  20. Another reason why i love my van = 12x rims and tyres in and i wasnt even trying  :D ^Sitting low with this rim/tyre combo/s :D
  21. Yep pvan are same as ke70 sedan and ae86 sprinter. when i had my s series diff in, i was running a full adm ae86 tailshaft. (2pc and centre bearing) 36panvan: cheers, your 36 looks overrated. big fan!
  22. destroyer: post up here once you fit the sierras to your van. i probably wont get new shocks for a month or so.
  23. make sure both ae71 and ke70s are sedan's. :jamie: vans are different and wagon's are different again. van (jap s series leaf mount) wagin (borg warner leaf mount)
  24. Man, i dunno how you got that much wheel under the guards! I've hammered the lip/edge completely flat, but i havnt tried to pull the guards. guess thats next :jamie: Kose: nah pic wasnt taken in sunshine man. Nunawading.
  25. 19914afc : i have heard of commodore wagon shocks and suzuki sierra shocks in sedans. i know the suzuki shocks are very short (only for really low sedans), so in theory if factory van shocks are abit lower than factory sedan shocks, then sierra shocks might be spot on for the van.. hrmm :jamie:
