  6. yea i got quoted for a low km swapover motor from $800>1500 (ae82 4AGE), which is kinda cheap cos it includes all labour and warrenty etc.. + hard to get in good nic these days.... so in ended up buying a low kms 2nd long motor for $200 and did it my self. i also picked up another long motor for $550 with 3 months warrenty and did the DIY swap over also.
  7. they had a ae82 twincam steering wheel with the turbo insted of twincam from the Corolla II turbo. looked sik in a ae86 lol, but it was only a twincam... Stock steering wheel $5.50 vs steering wheel $55 bosskit $32 defect Priceless

  11. i was quoted $800 for new Pedders low springs (red) and new sports ryde shocks (set of 4) to this day I'm still using king superlows and std shocks (captive but the shocks are rooted)

  17. just reweld over the original welds, check out club4ag
  18. u can use the front half of a ae86 tailshaft and the t18 rear half they have flanges or something with 4 bolts to makes it easy to swap over the ae86 rear half is 1-3cm longer than the t18, u can use the whole ae86 tailshaft if the car isnt lowered
  19. it would be best to get a 4agze front cut so u can also use the front brakes and what ever (no point going faster if u can't stop!)
  20. the ae86 and the ke70 don't have the same diff (they have that borg warner ones), and the s and t series are pretty much the same strenght (unless its lsd)
  21. um, isnt CS a AE80 with a 3AC? anyways if u got money to waste, then a 20v or 4agze is well worth it... if u can find one
