Hmmmm yeah true but my dad and his mate said that it pushes the ball joints out thats why u don't put ke20 in!!!!! So maybe i should just stick with what i got and modify that?? see ya jimi

Ok been looking at other threads about front end upgrades for a ke1X!!!! There are two builds which are using a ke20 cross member with adjustable lower control arms, Jono.C and Jordain have both looked and are doing this but it got me thinking how did they do it back in the old days without all these parts???? So ive been looking at the cross member that we have and there simple as it has a leaf that runs across from each side of the lower control arms then the stuts have a spring but not a heavy ones!!! The idea is for the leaf to do the up and down movement as well as the front and forward movement. The problem with this is when the leaf gets up to speed it starts to move and push the wheels forward !!! So i asked my dad and his mate who rallied a ke10 back in the days and they went through all this stuff years ago !! They said that if u either put a stabilizer bar etc.... So in theory to make a ke1X handle that is cheap and is easy is to put a stabilizer bar on and change the leaf and springs so there are a bit heavy but not to heavy.... Let me know what u think guys i might try this way and see how it works ?? see ya jimi

Not sure just want to do something different from a elec dissy and points i just like the idea so when someone goes what u running i can say coil over system :happy: , i think it will give me a greater spark all round and will be able to handle the higher rpm lol :lolcry: see ya jimi

I'm looking at adding some led lights to make it look great while drifting at night :lolcry: but not sure how to do it ????? my idea was to cut out lights make them indented back a bit then put leds in and put a clear over so it looks like real lights :dance: Any help would be nice!!! see ya jimi

Update..... Been looking around at different modules to run my coil over system!!! I found one which is cheap and is able to be modified if i upgrade the car :happy: The system i found is called a Megasquirt 3!!! They are cheap and can be bought as a package to build or pre made... My ques is..... Will this system do the job and is it a good module to use ?????? see ya jimi

Its and electric R/C Car it is 4wd and if ya didn't notice :lolcry: The front and rear suspension is able to be adjusted so i made it have shit loads of camber on the front :dance: jdm style and the wheels hang out a bit as well :cool: I had to laugh when looking at the logos and cause its a cheap version of the hpi its got hqi, toyota is toyoty, Corolla is coaolla, trd is trc, Levin is llvin, drift is crift, performance is performaece :lolcry: see ya jimi
