I think when I cage my purple ke36 I'll have 2 rear points. Go back behind the rear seats and all the way back to the tail gate. Is yours just a rear half? Or you got a full cage man? Matt.

How do some people more in the know on the turbo k motor side of things reckon a gt2860rs 0.64 rear obviously. would go on a 5k? Or something similar? You online taz? :)

Yeah a button clutch is hell on the rest of the driveline.

How you going to cater for ke10, ke20 and ke70 owners when you can only do them to suit a ke30/55? Turbo manifold, yeah if done right would fit in all. But extractors are a different story. Like corollaart has pointed out.

Also I'd like the lost of projects? Ef is the only one that's most likely to not get done. And that's because I've decided that I'm going to trade it in for an xr6 turbo some time after I get my license back. Vl's still going ahead. Xr's still going. Ke20's still going, purple ke36 still waiting on my cousin. And this one is getting the mounts all finished then I'll decide which ke36 the sr20 is going to go into for good. If I decide the purple one then this will go with a k motor. If I decide it'll stay in this one then I'll keep it.

Lol. More cause I'd be using the engine in the other ke36 if it sell's. Nothing to do with not finishing it. Just want to cut down on cars. 6 cars is a bit to much lol.

Did the wheels come with it?

Yeah I've got the headunit in the glovebox. Prob just put the splits in the rear cards in place of the originals. Only after the quality really not mass doof doof lol

J mount under anything in the way over the the other side of the engine. It's been done before.

That might explain a couple more of the loose wires under the dash. And yeah I know it's all just more weight. If I can't work something out I might just leave it with only the rear speakers

finally going to get to see this rig again on monday. hopefully i'll be seeing some decent progress. kinda wish i'd just gone to a panel beaters for the respray now.

where should i put the front speakers in this? got the speaker pods to mount them in, so they don't need a full 6" hole. was going to mount them in the kick panel's but they are not a flat surface so won't work. not really keen on cutting holes in the door cards at all either. so stuck. unless i run the front's just behind the driver's seat where what i think are factory? rear speakers are mounted, and run the rear speaker's on the parcel shelf, which i kinda did want to avoid speakers on the parcel shelf, but a nice beige sheepskin parcel shelf cover would fix that issue :)

if anyone want's to buy this with a 3k or 4k and a 4 speed, engine in and running and driving, just let me know. as i will most likely drop a k motor back in and sell the car once the engine mounts are made up. sr20 engine, gearbox and mount's, i'll be keeping though...

I think the axles out of the 55 will go in the 20 diff? I dunno, doesn't sound right to me as I thought the length would be wrong? Any one confirm? And answer this guys questions about the 55 stuff into the 20?
