  1. Thanks mate:) so I'll get some new fuel hose and get a fitting onto the tank. Run a new fuel feed line into the reg. Oh and through the surge tank :(. Then run return from reg into existing feed to the surge tank then back into the fuel tank :) oh and I'm guessing I'm going to need. Ballist resistor also? Where would I get one of them from ?
  2. lol at turbo scooter haha, harley with a screaming eagle intake  nice ke70, and farout that's alot of camber. you had it dyno tuned?
  3. Might only start at 15psi. But I don't think the t25g will be enjoying anything more then 15psi lol. Sweet as thought I was right with the surge tank position . Dw I will be using a return line. So would I use the original feed line as return? And run a new feed line for the fuel?
  4. Yeah mate will deff be saying in here if I'll be making it there or not. Awk then. Might leave it in that case and just run cooler piping over the rocker cover and 90 it into the carby hat
  5. car's not regoed and i got no license, will be getting it towed to the next winton fun day for some circuit work  i think i'll have to get that fixed up so that it face's forwards then :y:
  6. also good to see it came from a member off here :y: was just looking at your panno and it looks so sexy  does the carby hat face backward's?
  7. diff is just a shitty jap spec single pegger that i'll weld  I got a vl diff to get shortened and fitted into it for the bp motor :y:
  8. ok well sorry for double post, couldn't wait for people to guess any longer lol. ok well i grabed something for the wagz as it was to cheap to pass up. got a near complete #ktc setup  with t25g turbo :y: pretty much going to put this on, get it tuned at 15psi and use it for track day's untill i have enough money to do the bpt conversion in one hit, instead of the car sitting there doing nothing, hopefully 15psi through the 4k wont blow the k40 as i gave away my spare lol. also added drawn up surge tank in one of the pic's. i'm 99.9% sure where i drew it is correct for where it should be, just thought i'd triple check on here with a pic first.
  9. Have a guess what I got?
  10. just wondering if anyone could recomend any decent car transporters? to get this thing shipped/trucked from adelaide to albury/wodonga? Matt
  11. this would work for any car yes? and also is it just the outside edge that is being bought out? the bit where it goes flat? or can you do the whole standard flare to be bigger with doing this?
  12. finally got around to putting up a link of those wheels on my laptop lol, here's the link, let me know what you all think of these wheel's? http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...e=STRK:MEWAX:IT
  13. My gf's dad has a friend that finds old car's and fixes them up to sell them. Not long ago he saw an old torana in an old lady's backyard. Went there and asked if she'd sell it. She asked him to take it away lol. So he picked it up for nothing. Checked the plates. Genuine xu1 torana :)
  14. If you only want to beat 4k's just throw in a cammed up 5k with a decent fuel setup ;) it should also best a stock carbed 4ag and cost less
  15. Well I heard it from my engineer. He told mei can legally put any motor as big as I want into my ke36. There is a discussion going on about bringing in the law for capacity to weight like other states have. But he said no one is wanting it so it isn't getting approved. I'm still only going with a 1.8 turbo anyways. No need to go any bigger. But I could always change my mind and drop in my rebuilt 302 Windsor that's sitting in the shed and still get it engineered in Vic. But that would only be legal in Vic and would not be able to get engineered anywhere else. So if you drove it into another state you could still get defected as the engineers will only cover Victoria
  16. anyone have any suggestions on paint colour? was thinking of velocity blue. but not so sure now that am getting the other wagon that is light blue lol.
  17. will be on the lookout for a good condition 5k after we pick up the car also if anyone know's of that may be up for sale soon :jamie:
  18. is it legall to have a fuel cell in the back of a wagon? also you getting any better fuel consuption out of this? or you still getting 25L to a 100km's? lol
  19. in victoria there is no capacity restriction. yet... so you can engineer any motor into any car, i think the only thing is that the engine has to be newer then the car and that is all.
  20. Nah she actually didn't. But I've learnt the hard way now. In other news I've found yet another ke36. Gotta go have a look at it and if it's good enough I might pick it up :) just to use to drive around when I get my license back.
  21. i lost $380 in the matter of a few minutes by trying a stupid easy money online thing, had to put money down. the more i put down the afer of i was ment to be and was ment to be 100% guarantee to make money easy. well i lost all $380 i put down. and Nikki owes me money for the ecu, intercooler and sound system for the other wagon as we are going halfs in everything for it. and i was going to give up on the bp motor so i could have money for now, but realised i'm still good money wise anyways, so will be keeping the bp and still doing the conversion. just waiting for my cousin to get approved for a house so the rolla can go there and i can rip out the 4k :D oh yeah also looking into way of changing the rear to full adjustable coilover suspension. so far have worked out the suspension mounting etc. just need to work out the 4 link part
  22. something like that. also checked again this morning was actually $380 not $280  oh well, learnt the hard way not to trust shit like that ever again. i'm over the loss. put some vl parts on ebay and remembered Nikki owes me some money lol. so will keep this engine and finish the car as first intended :D
  23. ok, change of plans now. just tried one of those stupid easy money online things and lost $280 in just a few hours, so now i'm strapped for cash bad :D and have also came to realise that no matter how badly i want to get this bp motor in and done, especially with the fact that i've never seen one in an old corolla before. i now need to sell the engine :) when i can afford to i will more then likely go and buy another one to put in, but for now the car will be staying as a 4k, and get a k50. so if anyone of this site would like the complete motor, plus the spare block they can have it for the $63 i paid for it. i also had to drive to canberra, 4 hour drive for me. to pick them up. so $63 pick up for someone of this site. i'm sure i could get more elsewhere but would love to see it go into an old rolla  also in a few posts above are good points of these motor's listed :) Matt
  24. Well my laptop's fair buggered anyways. So was already looking at getting a new desktop computer. Will have to make sure I get one with a serial port thenN thanks for the heads up Si >|
