So I'm gonna rebuild her just wanting to know is there anything hard about rebuilding these motors from stratch, or anyhting that i should watch out for, i've bought myself a manual for the specs and a bit of guidence anything else i need to know? Cheers guys Quote
Super Jamie Posted March 2, 2005 Report Posted March 2, 2005 what nick said, lighten the flywheel too. i built my 4k, it was the first motor i ever built, they are EASY as :D pull it apart and put it together a few times so you know what goes where and you get used to things like cam timing buy new headbolts if you're running more than stock compression. if you can afford it, get bigger valves, that will help heaps Quote
